WHAT WE DO
Stephanie Rumble from Bright Red Education offers a range of health, safety and wellbeing education workshops designed for everyone from workers to business leaders. Our most popular and well-regarded course is Conflict De-escalation education. Since its inception in 2020 Stephanie has delivered this training to over 3000 individuals in over 250 training courses.
In workplaces many staff are facing the problem of irate, difficult and stressed-out customers. This adds to stress levels and can cause workplace harm. Conflict De -escalation training equips staff to manage this and the impact on their mental health.
Our other education offerings are designed to stand alone or follow on from Conflict De-escalation.
Bright Red Education is set up to offer all training courses face to face with your staff or fully online over the platform that suits you.
